The starting point for any capability is the people IMA Management & Technology brings to the table.

Our recruitment process is exacting, involving a resume screen, two interviews, a written test and exhaustive reference checks. The resume screen ensures that the applicant has a high level of written skills and the relevant experience. The first interview tests the ability to communicate ideas and concepts effectively and ensures that the applicant has the requisite experience and an understanding of information technology concepts, methodologies and toolsets.
The second interview concentrates on the person’s suitability and ability for the relevant role, handling difficult situations involving people, organisational politics, project issues and timelines.
The written assessment is a logical thinking test, which examines an applicant’s ability to think in a structured and clear manner under time pressures and their capacity to document and explain their thought processes in a clear manner.
Finally we contact 3 referees to verify the applicant's experience, and meet with at least one face to face if possible.
This exhaustive process ensures that our consultants are bright, clear thinkers who communicate effectively and can quickly provide solutions under challenging timeframes.
