The thing I love most about IMA is the people, not just the IMA people, but also our clients and the partnerships we form.

Our staff are amazing to work with, a group of articulate, bright, talented people.  One of the best parts of my job is doing a final “MDs” interview on our new consultants after the Human Resource Manager has put them through their paces.  Our rigorous recruitment process means that I get to talk to a wonderfully diverse range of people with the unifying factor being their talent and desire to work.

At IMA we value the relationship with our staff highly, many of them are based at our client premises which means we could lose touch, to ensure that this doesn’t happen we catch-up on a weekly basis locally to their client and monthly as a company.  In addition we have our Ascend training program which is aimed at providing continual development to ensure that their skills and talents grow throughout their careers.

IMA creates close partnerships with our clients; our relationships are based on trust, honesty and continual delivery of quality.  Many of our clients merely provide us the name of a role and a start date and trust us to give them the right person for the job.  This level of trust is won through honesty and hard work over a long period of time and is highly valued by IMA; we work hard to attain it and even harder to keep it. 

Our guiding principle with our client partnerships is that the relationship is not just for one engagement but for the next 10 years and beyond. This longer term view encourages closer partnerships, better understanding of our client's problems and a greater commitment to doing the right thing by them at all times.
