Project Manager
IMA Programme and Project Managers have a breadth of experience in IT consulting; with successful engagements managing a significant number of technology projects within federal & state government and private industries including, telecommunications, financial services, insurance, utilities and logistics/manufacturing. Our project managers are certified in using industry generic methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMBOK and ITIL as well as the ability to quickly adapt to company specific processes.
Our project managers have experience in managing a variety of technology projects including software development, ERP implementations, configuration & customisation, data mining & warehousing, network & communications (including voice and video over IP), infrastructure projects, storage & servers and firewall & security.
Our team have extensive exposure to managing multiple projects simultaneously utilising System Development LifeCycle principles with both the Waterfall and Agile methodologies while also ensuing compliance with industry standards incorporating, cost and timeline management, scope control, risk management, configuration management and quality assurance.
