IMA Management & Technology are experts in the field of project management, and in particular, implementing project management processes, procedures and methodologies.
Our project managers have experience in operating with, and implementing all major project management methodologies including PRINCE2 and PMBOK (in Agile and SDLC/Waterfall environments).
Our expert consultants can manage the evaluation, selection and/or implementation of industry best practice project management methodologies in addition to enterprise project and portfolio management software tools. We have assisted both private and public sector clients in the establishment of a Programme Management Office (PMO).
The Ascend development program includes PRINCE2 training and certification preparation courses which are made available to all staff. The Ascend program has been developed by IMA’s current practicing project managers, many of whom are both PRINCE2 practitioner and PMBOK PMP certified with over 10 years of experience.
IMA Management & Technology designed and developed a university's PRINCE2 intranet site outlining the PRINCE2 methodology. The site featured a complex linking system representing the PRINCE2 project flow stored as an easily editable XML file.
We also recently implemented Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (EPM) software for a client and provided project management methodology services utilising PRINCE2 principles.
