Provide strategic advice and direction to support Vocational and Further Education Operations through a review of existing Student Management System capabilities and supporting processes.

Develop an inventory of system and business issues to be prioritised based on strategic, business and risk impacts.

Develop an aggregated solutions program of work including costings and timelines.

Provide strategic options advice to the Senior Leadership Group and other Governance Committees.
DELIVERED SOLUTION
IMA Management & Technology (IMA-MT) provided a Senior Business Analyst with the responsibility to:

Develop an inventory of all related system, process and business issues.

Approach the work using classic problem analysis techniques: Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control.

Develop process maps to show "As-Is" University functions and align it with the “To-Be” expectations.
